Arrival at Malta International Airport — our driver meets your group in the arrivals hall with a name board.
- Luggage & boarding
Help with luggage and boarding the air-conditioned coach — one coach seats up to 53 passengers.
- Transfer to your hotel
A comfortable direct drive to your hotel. On the way, your first views of the island.
- Check-in & welcome briefing
Time to settle in. We confirm the week’s programme and pickup times with your group leader.
- Evening at leisure
Stroll the seafront promenade, find a café by the water and enjoy your first Maltese sunset.

Meet & Greet service
No searching for taxis or buses — we are in the arrivals hall when you land, whatever time your flight arrives.
Groups split over flights?
No problem. If your group arrives on two different flights, we time a separate pickup for each — just like we do for our regular groups.
Briefing for the leader
We go through the whole week with your group leader on day one, so everyone knows the plan.
Send us your flight numbers when booking — pickup times are timed to each flight, so even a delay is never a problem.
